Interim Quality Manager
We require an interim Quality Manager to work at Endeavour for approximately 12 months.
The main purpose of the role will be to review, re-organise and amend our ISO9001:2008 QMS with the goal of transferring the management of the system off-site to Robinson Brothers by the end of the contract.
You should be confident with heading up any on-site quality audits by our customers. You will also manage the internal audit system across the site.
You will report to the site's General Manager during the course of your contract and you will work closely with the site's Quality Control Manager along with our parent Company's Quality Team. Some occasional travel from Daventry to Birmingham will be required hence you are required to have a current valid driving licence.
You should be degree qualified with at least 5 years of working in a dedicated Quality role, 3 of which should have been in a management position. You should have intimate knowledge of ISO9001:2008 and have had experience of developing and organising a QMS. Experience of electronic document control systems would be a definite advantage. You should have an appropriate qualification in Quality Management along with formal auditor training.
In return we offer you a salary in the range of £26-30k for a 37.5 hour week along with a pro-rata allocation of 25 days annual leave + all UK bank holidays. In addition an end of contract bonus payment of £2000 will be made.
