Manufacturing CapabilityPharmaceutical Plant - kilo to multi-tonne

  • 25L Kilo-Lab facility
  • 10 fully flexible Pilot Plant reactor vessels: 50L to 1250L capacities
  • Over 200,000L production capacity in flexible arrays of glass and stainless steel reactors - 50L to 4500L vessel capacities
  • Hastelloy and stainless steel fully enclosed filter dryer systems for solids handling
  • Site operating temperatures: -20°C to 200°C
  • Vacuum to <2mbar
  • Autoclave capacity from 1L to 2250L, operation to 70bar and 200°C
  • Typical commercial production scale from 5tonne to 500tonne

On site engineering resources permit the rapid configuration of multi-purpose equipment with a minimum of downtime, whilst maintaining the highest standards of plant integrity and security.

This flexibility of equipment and capacity allows Robinson Brothers to provide seamless progression from the laboratory through to the kilo lab, into the pilot plant, followed by full-scale production.
