Right First Time (RFT)

We measure and report our RFT Produced and RFT Delivered performance on a monthly basis.

RFT Produced measures the success of our manufacturing capability.

RFT Delivered measures the success of our systems in preventing the delivery of a non-conforming product or service.

Any real or potential concerns with our products or services are flagged up by our established Quality system. Corrective and/or preventative action plans are developed and implemented by our Process Improvement Groups (PIGs!).

On Time in Full (OTIF)

OTIF measures our success at delivering exactly what the customer ordered on the day it was supposed to be delivered. We allow ourselves orders to be delivered up to 3 days early of the required date but 0 days late and the total stated amount must be within +/- 5% of the original order amount.
